In the meantime may all who suffer with allergies find a refuge of seclusion to make it through this time of year. But isn’t it great to be alive. Well is a relative point, so if you are alive enjoy that which is going on outside your window right now, whatever it is, why? Cause you can, you can see, you can smell, you can hear, Yes I know I keep going over and over this but it is true, we so rarely really take seriously how fortunate we are, and all the good things that have been bestowed on us. So this Friday as we are putting all efforts into getting through this day and making our way to the Train Station to make the celebration party on Paradise Island, Be aware that we are uniquely and wonderfully made and we have been given a wonderful thing called life to enjoy. Now go do the best you can with all you can so that you can relax not only at the end of today but the whole weekend long. The theme of the week, No i have not forgotten,, is different kinds of Peppercorns. Yup that stuff we cook with and put on and in our food.
