I am going to start this week by saying at the end of June I will be bringing this morning letter to an end. I will do this little ditty only Mondays and Fridays, then my last post will come on 6-26-2020. I had my entire year already planned out, I still have all my weekly themes planned, but has become clear to me that my time has come and gone. This letter is not reaching as it was was 7 even 14 years ago. This letter I have been doing now for round 21 plus years. Most people don't get the chance let along to do something for 21+.years. But this is a lot of work, I don't get paid for it, it's been a labor of love. But now is the time to exit the scene. I hope you stick with me through the end and see what themes I have for the next 4 weeks. Thank you to all who have read, and stayed with me, I do appreciate it. Now let's finish on the strong side and go out with a bang. Now on with the show.
Welcome to another opportunity for a new journey, and adventure. I am reminding myself this fine, fabulous, fair weathered, morning of the little things I have to be grateful for. Like getting up, (ok I did not want to be let’s face it there are those that cannot get out of bed so I must.) Getting dressed, getting something for my hunger or morning munchies, the ability to see and hear and feel. We take all these so for granted and even the point that we have a job to sit down and do that we are earning a living. Sure there are plenty of things we could complain about, but can we change those items or issues? If you can then why don’t you, to the rest you can’t so let’s move on by what we cannot and accept them as part of life and make the best of them. You don’t make lemon aid from just looking at the lemons on the table you have to squeeze them, add sweetener, water, mix then pour, it doesn’t happen on its own and it is not a passive process, it is an active process that we have to do something. So this fine Monday morning may we seize the opportunities before us and the best of whatever is before us and put on that happy face being grateful for every opportunity and situation we have to help us grow. Remember along the way if you come on one in true need, stop and lend a hand. And to all others be a voice of encouragement. And may you have a most Happy, Happy all day long.
